We were actually on vacation at the time but the installer did call a few times to let us know he was beginning the work and the progress of the project. Rhett Siezega, our salesman, was nice and did a good job.
Only suggestion is to plan an extra day for any required rotted/damaged fascia board replacements by a licensed carpenter, AFTER old gutter tear-off and before new gutter installation. The gutter installers are not qualified nor equipped with the PVC boards and miter/table saws to properly perform this task. Fascia board repair/replacement is a foreseeable part of a gutter job on an older house, and the installation crew should include a carpenter who is equipped to do it, or the homeowner should be advised to contract the job to a qualified carpenter.

I would like to recognize the work crews. They were really good guys and were friendly. They finished the job quickly and did not stretch it out all day long.
