Recognized Excellence - Linda Gassman was so knowledgable and helpful with our remodel. We were on a linited time table to have the design done and contract signed but she squeezed us in. Also, we were out of town while work was done and we trusted Mike and the construction crew to be in our house while we were not. We also knew that if something wasn't done to our liking they would come back to correct it.

Areas For Improvement - Nothing fell short of my expectations. The only thing that might have helped a little would have been if they had gotten involved in the wallpaper removal aspect of the job.

All of the team members from start to finish were very considerate of the property and my needs as a customer. They did a very good job throughout the process of keeping me informed of the scheduling of everything.

Long-time satisfied customer.. They remodeled a kitchen and 2 baths in my former house. Now they've done the kitchen, 3 baths and a tile family room floor. All work is done with their own employees (no subcontractors). They provide a competitive quote for the job and stay on schedule for the project. Their interior decorator incorporates the customer's personal taste and style to create the final 'look'.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the care that they took and how organized they were. The most important thing was care. They cared about everything from the start to the finish and they were organized. They did things beyond what they probably should have done. We also had our floors refinished during this time and they coordinated that with the floor refinishing company. Linda actually came when the flooring company was here determining the stain of the floor. They wanted to make sure it worked with the cabinets. If she wouldn't have done that the kitchen would have taken on a different look. It looks beautiful. It's a family run business and they treated John and me like we were family. The care, honesty, and craftsmanship, was way beyond anything we would have thought was possible. We both agreed these were the best workers, tradespeople that we have ever had in our lifetimes and we are 72 years old. I can't tell you how fantastic they are. We are soon going to be working with them to remodel our bathroom.

Remodeling and deciding things could be excruciatingly painful and Linda just made everything easy and smooth. She listened to us and had suggestions. Her suggestions were always better than what we could have thought of. This company is outstanding.

Great company, well run and efficient. Their craftsmen are detailed and diligent. O ur designer had a wonderful vision that completely transformed the look of our kitchen and whole home.

Cabinets Plus had remodeled our entire kitchen and a bath before we started the next project - the master bath. As usual, the result was outstanding, the process was totally organized, the entire staff is amicable, responsible and communicative. Special kudos to Melissa Wilson for another job completed above expectations!

Immensely helpful design advice, and the advice was consistently in my interests rather than in selling more expensive materials. Excellent workmanship. Meticulous care to get everything right.Conscientious compliance with association rules on noise, work hours and disposal of debris. No dirt or accidental damage in the common areas. All my neighbors were happy with the crews.If I had to move and do this again I would not consider anyone else.

Areas Of Satisfaction - #1 design advice, because it would not all look so great without great advice: Combinations of materials, lighting, paint, etc. Advice on whether particular ideas of mine would actually look good. And because Melissa did not push design choices that would not have been in my best interests (for instance, marble countertops and stone tiles would have been a maintenance concern whereas quartz counters and ceramic tiles eliminate that worry.)#2 Care taken to do good work: tile, floors, etc.

Additional Comments - My neighbors were concerned about noise and dirt during the remodeling, but the crews were meticulously clean and careful, followed all association rules regarding work hours etc, and were as quiet as anyone could expect.A few errors were made, but Cabinets Plus corrected them--and I share some blame for not noticing them right away.The flooring damage was caused by the painter, and Cabinets Plus repaired that.I'll probably think of additional good things to say later.

Cabinets Plus did a complete remodel of the kitchen of a1933 Sears-Roebuck home. This included removal of a wall and some structural improvement. Their work was FANTASTIC! Kevin's team were expert in all areas. They did everything with an eye towards perfection. This house was a real challenge for them but the result is perfect. We are extremely pleased with Cabinets Plus and will recommend them to others. Linda, our designer, was great at taking our concept and evolving it to be both practical and beautiful.
