I wasn't actually present during the installation but they sent me pictures & texts. I wasn't sure that I was comfortable with that but now I would do it that way again. They were great all the way around.

black spots on the roof. can you tell me what is the cause of this? have lived in this house 12 years and have had no problems. what can you do to clean this?
