The whole process was amazingly smooth. Jamie and Rob were a dynamic duo who knew everything going on and helped guide us throughout. They were very responsive to inquires, requests, etc. The new home is beautiful and we’re thrilled to move in and be part of this close knit neighborhood.

Working with Zach and Isaac on our recent construction project has been an absolute pleasure. Together, they make a fantastic Team.

We have experienced issues from start to finish, still even now. Starting with a “dry closing” because the fence wasn’t done. Were promised we would still receive our keys even with dry closing but they refused to release them. Had to wait hours at the title office while that was figured out. We have been promised new sod for months now, haven’t heard anything again. It is dead and or destroyed (in the front ruined by the trades walking/driving through it). Now, we have just spent money to buy grass seed and fix it ourself. The outdoor fireplace was not properly constructed or even completed before we moved in (we only just learned about this 2 weeks ago). Warranty department is wonderful though. Apparently notes were left to make corrections/fixes on fireplace by the tradesman before the house was complete but it was never done. Waiting to hear from masonry people and gas plumbing person for outdoor fireplace, still haven’t called. 4 neighbors have shared about similar issues regarding sod and incorrect items in construction. Jillian is amazing and is one of the only reasons this whole process wasn’t even more of a nightmare. She and the warranty department get all the praise.

We chose Buffington because we loved the homes and trusted your reputation.
Before closing on Lot 30, we raised several issues — flooring, patchy paint, poorly finished cupboards, and a misaligned kitchen island — but they were not addressed.

We were also told the nearby chicken farm wasn’t operating, yet we regularly experience strong odors that keep us and our young children indoors.

We truly want to keep our trust in Buffington, but we need these concerns resolved to protect both our home and your reputation.

I have been through the sales and design process and am currently in the building process. So far all of the Buffington employees I have interacted with have been top-notch. My husband and I feel like the build of the house is of great quality. Errors made during the build have been corrected with no problem. We love Isaac Disney and Sydney Barnes!

I bought the house with the expectation of gettingvaround 50% of amenities shown in sample house but realized after resrving that everything is upgrade snd I need to pay more money for everything I saw.Sales agent never told me all the offerings available to choose from and when i need to choose.

I am afraid to recommend McKissic society to my friends because of poultry. For a moment think about the smell instead of going with city permissions. There is no quality in anything you have build here. No quality of work at all. Within 1 month f our stay I have to reach out to your warranty team about several different issues and all they say is ‘This is not covered’ I guess this should be your tagline now.

Overall, I love my home! The process started off extremely slow, and it was really difficult just to get an appointment to discuss my options. But once we were able to connect directly with the builder, things improved significantly. We started receiving weekly updates, which helped keep everything on track. From day one, the building process has been one of the smoothest we have experienced. Buffington is professional, communicates well, and does high quality work.

The entire team from sales, design, builder, etc were all professional and pleasant to work with. They were very flexible as well and was thorough on any follow-ups. My new home is a spectacular end product.

During the closing day, there was literally no information on what the next steps. While making the initial contract, the experience has been very unpleasant, and I already escalated this sales head. Since Agent could be a little more professional while speaking, especially for first homebuyers, who are moving new to this area.
Find the construction support from Ben was OK. We still have some construction support that could have been better.

The first time I met Jillian (our realtor and main contact during the build process) was during the NWA Parade of Homes at the model home at the Cottages Neighborhood. I instantly liked her and felt at ease. After my husband and I met with her to go over the building process, we were confident she would do a good job for us. And she certainly has! She has been attentive and responsive to our every need.

We decided to build in the Parkside neighborhood as it would be the best fit for our family. She worked hard to help us feel comfortable with the entire build process. We appreciated all of her fast responses and updates as the home was getting completed.

After Jillian got the ball rolling, we were introduced to Sydney and Ashley at the design studio. They took extra good care of us while we picked out all our interior options and asked them A LOT of questions. They were patient and helpful through it all. That made our design appointment so much fun, and it went smoothly getting everything picked out.

After the home was in the building phase, we were introduced to Zach, our construction manager. Zach is very kind, attentive, and eager to do a great job. He answered all of our questions and helped us with lots of inquiries and items that needed attention. We have been pleased to have him our on team! He continues to be a great help to us as we figure everything out in the new house.

We were kept informed weekly as to the progress of construction and the date of closing by Ron and Grant.

Sales staff is not good. They are rude. Hard to deal with. Doesn't take notes while buyer is giving specifications. Doesn't accept mistakes and thus no room to amendments. Design studio teams are not helpful even. No notes taken during visits and many mistakes in contract documentation. Hard to find issues hidden in large documentations.

The quality of the house and the organization & speed of the Buffington employees is great.

Although I'm very satisfied with the service and responsiveness by the Buffington warranty Department, I'm disappointed with the quality of materials that Buffington uses in order to cut corners and maximize their profit with their base models. I would advise my family and friends to check out other builders first and try to get better quality for the same price

They are very easy to work with, great response and quick action for any issues.

We had a great experience with Buffington. Everything went smoothly with no issues. It is obvious that Buffington takes pride in making quality homes and they care for their buyers.

I would definitely recommend in the NWA area, 4.5 starts for sure. On-time or early delivery. There is little room for improvement as it looked like they in a rush to complete the house/community as quickly as possible and mising some fine details.

Everyone at Buffington was so helpful and quick to respond to us when we had any issues or problems, both during our build and afterwards.

I was provided false information multiple times during my purchase process. The first major issue was being shown the wrong lot and this not being corrected until almost closing.

Overall, this experience has been
