You can read my first survey and it has the items I am concerned about. Concerns are doing the finishing to the home. Concrete on the side of the house when they poured the concrete slab on the home next door. Should have never been left like that and corrected. House wasn't ready for walk through for closing. Floors had paint on them. Tile floors dirty. When I am told that something is done to industry standard doesn't make it right. Excuses like they always do it that way doesn't make it right. When I did the walk through was told this is my only chance to get the item corrected and then get upset when I nitpick everything. The biggest issue I see is no one follows up on the quality of the work done by the contractors. It appears as long as they tell them they are done they move on to the next step. Leader standard work would go a long way to ensure the contractors did the work correctly. I was told the garage would be 21'3" deep. This isn't what I ended up with. Garage is only 20'7" deep. I brought this up in previous survey and no one reached out to me. Items I was told would be fixed at the walk through still aren't corrected. Concrete on the side of the house is one of them. My rating went down because of items Jason said he would get fixed from walk through still aren't corrected.

Grant was awesome throughout the entire journey. This is the second time I buy a house from buffington this time the experience was much better

This is our first Buffington home. We feel it is built with care, quality and unique style.

This one is very difficult to rate for me. I loved the idea of a luxury home built by a supposed top builder in our area. When things are done correctly it's a 5 star rating....but that is the problem. I've had so many random things that have been wrong that have had to be fixed it has made me feel like I need to drive by daily to catch things before they get too far.

I was very impressed with the sales people and the neighborhood looks great! I am looking forward to living in my new home!

The only issue we have experienced is the quality control with our build. We have caught several errors that needed to be addressed by the site manager. It also appears that many of the esthetic finishes are not the same quality as completed homes down the street or the model. (brick edges on pillars not being rounded; large chunks of cement being covered with fill dirt instead of being removed, scratches on tile in bathroom bc paper covers have been removed before is completed etc.)

From the very beginning of the process to the very end every person we have worked with has been very helpful and accommodating.

We love our new home. We love the neighborhood. And the whole process was great!

We very much recommend Buffington Homes. We like the quality of our home and all of the people were so good to work with. We would do it all over again. Very well pleased.

It was a great experience from meeting at the showroom to the whole design process and the continuous updates we received. Everybody was transparent and didn't try to push anything on us, which I found refreshing. Overall, the whole process was good, and Dakota was good about everything, and it was a great experience.

The quality of the Buffington homes are unmatched. From the perfect floorplan layout to the right amount of customizable options. They use high value products. Lawson and Zack were great throughout the whole process. They promptly and happily answered every question I had and addressed any issues I had. They never made it feel like my concerns were a burden.

Love the quality and detail of the home.

I'm willing to recommend the process so far but until I get in the house and feel how well it's built, I won't recommend too strongly yet.

We are very pleased with the build process. It has been incredibly professional and efficient and we are pleased with the quality of our build.

The overall build process, construction quality, and warranty follow through after completion is 2nd to none.

My wife and I have had Buffington build a house and have purchased a prebuilt. The process was professional from start to finish in bout instances. I wish I can offer more stars given my experience with attention to details, amount of pushback I had to go through for small things like alignment on garage door, blinds curtains, fence staining etc.

The process was smooth, the house was delivered on time with high quality outcomes, their orientation to details, customer service and attention to our concerns were outstanding both from the sales representative and the field manager
