Buffington Homes of Arkansas did good quality work. The product quality is good and the construction is good.
We had issues when we first got in to the house. Although we like our house, we had a lot of issues and is has been difficult.
The kitchen made the difference in our decision to by a Buffington home.
I am most excited about the kitchen.
There were some challenges with the realtor with communication and delivering of things promised. We have expressed our frustration with the VP of Sales.
They are one of the largest in NW Arkansas, we love the lot and the layout of the home.
Buffington has been fantastic to deal with. They are very responsive and take care to address any and all issues that come up. I would not hesitate to recommend them !
Location and the ability to choose interior finishes that aligned with our style made the biggest difference in our decision to buy a Buffington home.
So far we are enjoying the convenience of an in-home office and the open concept kitchen/living/dining area.
I have recommended Buffington to friends but I told them what to watch out for at the end.
Jillian with the sales team was AWESOME to work with. She always got back to us quickly and was truly just a text or call away. She was great.
There were a few minor initial home quality issues as would be fore any home but unbelievable great service to fix everything even after close so I highly recommend Buffington
I am happy with the house, but not happy with the service. The communication was not good.
They were professional and stuck by their word. They will make adjustments to make everything work.
The home is really stunning, and the design choices coordinate well.
The decision was based on the subdivision location and the floor plan. We bought it because of the floor plan.
I'm most excited about the kitchen.
I absolutely love my house. Quality of build is just what I had expected. There were a few hiccups initially at the time of build but my overall experience is great!
Very satisfied with the home and the quality of the build. They are quite difficult to deal with on some warranty claims. We were attempting to have windows replaced due to scratches that occurred during construction. At first, they were quick to address the concerns. After that, they started to ask more questions and wanted an excessive amount of pictures and eventually they ran out the clock on the home warranty. Disappointed in that experience, but overall with the home we are satisfied.
The quality of the home the home is fantastic.
The interior finishes of the home.
The interior layout
Buffington does not follow their slogan "Details make the difference". For example, our ceiling fans were making a clicking noise, so we had them checked. Every fan was very loose, and each one had to be tightened. It was a miracle none of them came off the ceiling and landed on someone. We had multiple other items that weren't done correctly as well. For example, the doors weren't hung correctly. In fact, the back door would only stay closed by locking it and had a big gap. This was considered an emergency fix by the repairman since anyone could easily break in through that door. Another example is our oven was not screwed in and almost fell on my wife when the door was opened.
Overall, the beauty of the home, the materials used and the layout are absolutely beautiful with how the house turned out. However, I'd say the process of building and making sure the right selections are installed, was not the best process.
What is the work that was performed at my home? I’m not aware of a work performed here yesterday.
I like the house they built but I don't like how they manage the billing process with the buyer.
This has been the most humiliating experience I have ever had as a customer. Buffington professionals are rude, arrogant and do not hold themselves accountable - one blame the other (what is pretty unprofessional). There were several emails that were never replied to the point I gave up sending emails.
At closing, there were issues with the home that had to be addressed and two weeks later many of the issues are still there and need to be addressed.
They build a nice home but their customer service is HORRIBLE!
Andrew did an excellent job!
The overall appearance of the finished product is excellent!
I have bad experience with this builder, especially dealing with their warranty. They were reluctant to take care of warranty issues. Not recommended.
I am satisfied.
Beautiful homes, but warranty processes are lengthy & can stretch out for months. Our yard does not look like the other yards, even 1 year after moving in & opening multiple tickets with the warranty department regarding the grading of the yard & poor water drainage. Unfortunately, this is a reflection on Buffington Homes, and evidently there was a very long list of other warranty claims ahead of ours, delaying responses & action from the warranty department.
I am a first-time homebuyer and this has been the most miserable process I have gone through in my life.
It's a very good home.
They exceeded in quality.
It was under my budget, and the quality was good.
I'm most excited about the living area.
