The build wend perfect. They actually finished the home sooner then we were told.

We had a wonderful experience from sales (Isaac Disney) thru construction (Zach). Both Isaac and Zach were professional, courteous, and always available to answer any questions we had. They were quick to correct errors and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the construction of our home every step of the way. We felt they were always willing to go above and beyond in making sure we were completely satisfied customers. We also thoroughly enjoyed working with Sydney in Design. She was super sweet and helpful. Just a real joy to work with!

We had an amazing experience working with Buffington. Everyone from our new home representative to our construction manager was very communicative and friendly. I don't think they missed a single detail on our home.

I felt like the finish work could have been better. Plus in the process of building my son pointed out there were warped boards used and they were replaced.
It has taken me from June until now to get some things corrected.

Knowing this is in the mid-progress survey, I have nothing bad to say so far. This has been a pleasant and professional experience up to this point. Our cabinets and trim was installed this week and we are excited to see the rest of the house come together.

We love the people-Jackelyn Cepparo, our sales professional and Jason Woods our GC. Both have been amazing with the constant communication of ‘next steps,’ and the resolution of any issues.

My husband and I chose Buffington homes because we felt the quality of the finish work met our standards. We are relocating from out of state and needed a company we felt we could trust to produce a finished product equal to their homes we walked through.

The whole process was amazingly smooth. Jamie and Rob were a dynamic duo who knew everything going on and helped guide us throughout. They were very responsive to inquires, requests, etc. The new home is beautiful and we’re thrilled to move in and be part of this close knit neighborhood.

We have experienced issues from start to finish, still even now. Starting with a “dry closing” because the fence wasn’t done. Were promised we would still receive our keys even with dry closing but they refused to release them. Had to wait hours at the title office while that was figured out. We have been promised new sod for months now, haven’t heard anything again. It is dead and or destroyed (in the front ruined by the trades walking/driving through it). Now, we have just spent money to buy grass seed and fix it ourself. The outdoor fireplace was not properly constructed or even completed before we moved in (we only just learned about this 2 weeks ago). Warranty department is wonderful though. Apparently notes were left to make corrections/fixes on fireplace by the tradesman before the house was complete but it was never done. Waiting to hear from masonry people and gas plumbing person for outdoor fireplace, still haven’t called. 4 neighbors have shared about similar issues regarding sod and incorrect items in construction. Jillian is amazing and is one of the only reasons this whole process wasn’t even more of a nightmare. She and the warranty department get all the praise.

We chose Buffington because we loved the homes and trusted your reputation.
Before closing on Lot 30, we raised several issues — flooring, patchy paint, poorly finished cupboards, and a misaligned kitchen island — but they were not addressed.

We were also told the nearby chicken farm wasn’t operating, yet we regularly experience strong odors that keep us and our young children indoors.

We truly want to keep our trust in Buffington, but we need these concerns resolved to protect both our home and your reputation.

The process so far has been clearly communicated.

We felt like we knew what was going on each and every step of the way. We never felt blind about any step of the process, and felt we could trust the answers provided to us. Mostly, we believed that Buffington would stand by what they said.

I bought the house with the expectation of gettingvaround 50% of amenities shown in sample house but realized after resrving that everything is upgrade snd I need to pay more money for everything I saw.Sales agent never told me all the offerings available to choose from and when i need to choose.
