We are primarily working from home. The home office is closed to most staff. Sales offices are by appointment only. Warranty work in occupied homes is being limited to emergency repairs only.

It is not just quality, it is the style that is different than what you might see with other construction. Buffinton Homes looks more contemporary and it adds to the extra style that makes Buffington Homes look good.

I had a lot of issues while my home was being built. There were structural issues and my water lines aren't connected right. Sewage backed up into our tub and Buffington took a long time to get it fixed. But that could have been because of Covid-19. Also, a cement truck hit our garage and they had to reconstruct it, but I'm questioning the quality of the structure now.
Although we would like rate this higher, based on our overall experience we can only rate this as neutral.
The personnel was really good. The problem lies with them overselling. They put the people on the front line in a really bad position when the company can't deliver what is promised.
Sometimes I can not see the quality of their work due to the number of houses they are building. They are building too many houses. That is why they are not up to the mark. Their quality has fallen due to the number of houses they are building.
