Jesse the installer was the best, He made the whole thing exactly the way the we wanted. There were some unforeseen things that came up. He Handled them and was great!!!
Our contractor installer was Brandon Conner he was so qualified, skilled and professional and we are absolutely pleased with our bathroom shower.
They did a great job, were very helpful in helping me make decisions and the pricing was good.

The salesman Dylan L. was nice but he tried to sell me $6,000.00 door and then come up with a $3,000.00I asked about a storm door and he said well you can go to Home Depot and get a storm door. He called back a few hours later about contract. I told him I wanted a peephole in the door and he said that was fine. We went online a few days later and saw where Bordner was offering a free storm door with the purchase of an entry door. I tried calling Dylan and he did not return my calls. I spoke with Elizabeth and told her why I was calling and she said she would have him to call me, he never did. When they brought the door the installers noticed there was white paint on the front and called the office and told them I needed another one. Marty came and I told him about the peephole and he said he would take care of it, which he did not. I would not recommend them to anyone. Dylan the salesperson is dishonest and I think he knew they were offering the free door. He has never returned my calls. Jeremiah and miles were excellent installers.
Jerry Fleenor actually gets involved and follows up to make sure his customers are satisfied, thank you.

I was very pleased with the product itself. the installation, make sure they get it right before they leave, like the drain pan.
It was a week later being installed because of not being put on the calender, but I am very happy with my new shower. Steve did everything he could to get us on the schedule for the following week, and the install was fairly smooth.
The project was nice, but too costly. The shower controls are very touchy.

Bordner Home Improvement needs to improve their materials because it's misleading people. If I would have known that their windows didn't keep the heat out, I wouldn't have gone with the company.
I'm satisfied. My wife is very happy. It's a little pricey, but overall, I'm satisfied with the product and service.
If the project was completed in a timely manner I would recommend Bordner but as of this writing I would not. A simple tub and shower renovation should not take 2 months to complete.
The materials used are a quality product. The installers work is average. Project management, customer service and support are pretty much the worst I've ever experienced. My 2-3 day project was completed in 90 days.
