Beattie Development remodeled three bathrooms at our house in Naples, Florida. Paul Beattie provided a detailed quote that was not the highest nor the lowest of quotes we were given. There were no surprises, from a cost standpoint. There were a couple of relatively minor speed bumps along the way, but nothing that was a significant problem. The workmanship of Paul's remodelers was excellent. He has built a real team. The attitude of the folks that actually do the work, be it the actual on-site workers or the office staff can be very revealing. In the case of the Beattie Development team, there was not one person in the entire organization, from Paul Beattie on down, that was anything but professional and responsive.

Before we moved into a home we bought, we asked Beattie Developement to do some work on our home and it dramatically changed its appearance making it joy to live in. They went way above and beyond in the details of things we never thought of. They tiled our whole home and remodeled our bathroom. They also plastered and painted and where some of the lighting looked dated they asked if they could update the recessed lighting and fans so everything was new when we moved in. The home was built in the 90's but you would never know it. The whole home looked like brand new. We will definitely hire Beattie Development again for our next project. I would tell everyone to go there for their remodeling or to buy a new a home.

Our kitchen and great room remodel was a very important project for us, as we get great enjoyment from gathering with friends and cooking. Nothing beats a well-organized, up to date kitchen. Our goal was to transform a small, dated kitchen into a much larger one utilizing additional space, while transitioning smoothly into the home's main living area. We wanted plenty of storage and easy access to all the tools of the kitchen, while also adding a social spot for gathering and enjoying. Paul Beattie was excellent from the start. His designer, Terry Handelman shared our vision and their design collaboration exceeded our expectations. Terry's design sense is spot-on! Their project manager, Steven Moore, is superb. His organization skills, communication skills and attention to detail kept our project moving along smoothly. Their crew, led by Lou Lopez clearly has the experience and skills to handle any curve balls that inevitably come up in a remodel. The finished product exceeded our expectations!
