-Our Sales appointments allow for homeowners to practice social distancing for inspections inside the home. For all outdoor inspections, the homeowner is not required to be outside with us.
-Inspection reports can be discussed outdoors or virtually by customer request.
-Staff who typically interact with customers are required to follow hand-washing procedures put out by the CDC.
-We ask that anyone with fever or respiratory symptoms call us to reschedule their appointment for a later date. (See current CDC recommendation for days of quarantine prior to rescheduling.)

We have nothing but good things to say about Baird Foundation Repair. The work was of good value at a good price, and they did what they promised to do. They were even able to move their schedule the work to an earlier date than what they promised. The crew was very professional, They came in and completed the work promptly.
The team that came to my home were very professional. The team behind the scenes was NOT. After the sale was made and I was signed up the follow up was very poor. I'm disappointed that some of the things that were promised were not followed up on. I would have a problem giving a full throated recommendation for your company based on the way your follow up was handled.
They were very professional when they came to sell the business, but when they did the work they did not do a good job. They did some damage to the garage entry. They lifted the front corner too much and it lifted off the slab in the garage. Rusty sent two gentlemen to fix it, and they did an awesome job. I did not want to go through the prolonged process. It took about a month and a half to get them to come back out.

Great finished product with the installation of both the piers and skirting and kept us informed the entire time about what and why they did everything while on site. Well, from the day Ben B was out to give us an estimate of which we agreed on with in 30 min.( yikes ) of him explaining everything to us, not to mention that I did not sleep that night just wondering if I had made the right choice considering the cost to find out weeks later that I did indeed make the right choice!. To the day the job was completed by field Supv..Juan Dimatteo, foreman Javi G and his crew of installers I can only say that I was VERY impressed with each and every one of them and the work ethic they displayed. I for starters will also have to say that my husband is very very picky on whom he has work on our home ( since he has always done most of the work himself), a although when he noticed how well they were doing their job each day and things got better & better I noticed that he was relieved and had a smile on his face when I asked , " I picked the right co, Right ?? " BAIRD was the one!! This being after we had several ( about 6 others )Co's come out to give us estimates and not a one was willing to do what my husband felt needed to be done to be sure our home was securely structured. I will say BAIRD was not the least expensive but the most costly although was worth the wait and the job was well done. All were very respectful of our property Juan, Javi & his crew were the BEST! We were not even halfway through the job when I felt like they were part of the family and I tried to make their day as enjoyable as mine, they deserved it. We have never seen anyone work as hard as each one of them did from start to finish on each day that they were here. You do not find to many people nowadays that will work as hard as they did. They provided quality work and I have to say, in my opinion, they all deserve a raise !! There was never an unanswered question that either my husband or I had. I would highly recommend Baird to anyone needing home foundation repair. Keep up the good work. BAIRD GETS 5 STARS FROM US !!!!!

The process was very easy starting with Brandon who came out and explained the whole process and worked with us on the financing. From start to finish the work took about a week and Diego was there to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
