Yes I would recommend Baird to anyone
They did what they said they were going to do. They walked me through everything.
They provided a very good service, gave us proper notification when the work was to begin. They showed up timely and got the job done.
They took four (4) months to complete to the job, it may be due to the pandemic. But I had to make several calls to inquire as to the status as the unit owner was becoming anxious. I felt the delays were extreme considering the minimal level of work need that needed to be done.
They were professional, clean, and courteous.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of work by Baird Foundation. I called them to raise a sinking pool deck and repair the cracks in the concrete. They not only raised the sinking section of deck, they applied the foam to every section of concrete around the pool. I was so pleased with the crack repair that I made another appointment to have the cracks in my driveway and sidewalks repaired. They did the whole job in less than 3 hours. And the price for the work was very reasonable. I would recommend Baird Foundation to anybody.
When I had difficulty with the leveling sinking, Baird came back and tried to re-raise the sunken part of my driveway and walkway. They came back and followed up.
I think the crew did a good job. I still have door issues after the work was done. Right now I’m happy the front and back doors close and lock. Baird crew came and adjusted the front door; it now is rubbing a sweep mark in the carpet. I’ll probably need a carpenter to cut the bottom of the door. This was not an issue before the work was done. I tapped the strikes of the back door and bolt lock with a screw driver and hammer to get the back door to close and lock. The screen door hits the frame and doesn’t shut. Again, I’ll need a carpenter to get it right. The back door, but not the screen, was an issue when I called Baird and the rep said that the work would fix it. A bedroom door doesn’t shut hitting the door frame about an 1/8 of a inch. We have a jack and Jill bath with pocket doors. One door can close and lock; but, will not stay open. The other door won’t stay shut and will not lock. These doors were not an issue before the work. We might need a carpenter to address that issue. We had the house remodeled a couple of years ago and while the foundation was not at zero, it was stabled certified by a structural engineer. Everything was fine until we had a foundation shift; that’s when we called Baird. I talked to a rep about the issues, he did say sometimes there’s an adjustment period when things need to settle. Then Baird crew can come back and tweak things. They came when I couldn’t get the front door to open at all. Then a crew came again when I had to use a shoulder to open and close it. I will call again and see if any of these issues can be resolved before I call a carpenter to take out and build new door frames. When decided to go with Baird, we accepted all the recommendations, including the smart jacks, the sales rep offered. The rep told us we wouldn’t have any issues with doors once the work was done. I hope that was true because of the reputation Baird has. Please send another survey in a couple of months and see if anything changes.
I would definitely recommend Baird Foundation Repair to anybody who needs quality work performed on their foundation. The price tag isn't cheap, but I fully expect this is the last time I'll need to worry about the foundation on my home. The work crews are friendly and hard-working; the supervisors are easy to talk to; the work appears to be top-notch. One word of caution, you'll need to be prepared for lots of clean up inside the house if you have interior piers installed. We were mostly prepared for that, so plan accordingly.
Did good work
I was dissatisfied with the work and they did not do anything about it. He sid it looks completely normal.
So far everything looks good. Only time will tell if it will remain that way.
The installer did a pretty job to be by himself.
I had an issue with the first installer and then after calling the company back, they sent a second installer and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
They provide high quality service and response.
The follow-up to the job was lacking.
Very professional and hard working workers.
Great job. Kept me apprised during the work. Showed up on time every time!
I think they did a good job and provided what they said they would provide.
Baird Team was on time thru out the duration of operation at this job sight
Refused to give me a refund for a poorly done job. Hired them to level my concrete walkway three years ago. Continue to settle and crack during that time and they came out three times to do warranty work. At the end of the warranty the service manager came out and said oh well it’s out of warranty we can’t help you. That was after he admitted that it should not have been treated as a walkway but rather a foundation. Meanwhile I am out $1800 and I need to have the whole thing redone now. Learned my lesson. Next time I’ll get two bids on a project.

By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Baird Foundation Repair as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
