We recently undertook a major renovation of our 1950s ranch home, and after careful consideration, we decided to entrust the project to Artisans of Atlanta. From start to finish, our experience with them was nothing short of exceptional.

Our project involved a significant overhaul, including the relocation and enlargement of the kitchen, transforming the laundry into a spacious scullery/pantry, adding a powder bath, and converting a formal dining area into a functional office space. It was an ambitious undertaking, but the team at Artisans handled it with grace and expertise.

One of the standout aspects of our experience was the level of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the entire team. From the initial planning stages through to execution, every member of the Artisans team approached their work with meticulous care and precision.

A particular highlight of our experience was the hands-on project management provided by Tyler, our on-site manager. Tyler's leadership ensured that our project progressed smoothly and efficiently. We never experienced delays due to materials or subcontractors, and there was visible progress on our home every single day. Tyler also maintained regular communication with us, providing updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns we had along the way. His weekly meetings kept us informed and involved in the process, which we greatly appreciated.

Perhaps most importantly, the quality of the work performed by Artisans of Atlanta was truly outstanding. No detail was overlooked, and every aspect of the renovation was executed with the utmost care and craftsmanship. The result is a home that not only meets but exceeds our expectations in every way.

Our kitchen remodel went very smoothly. The subcontractors that Artisans used were excellent. They arrived when they said they would, preformed top quality work, and kept the work site clean. The owner, or a representative of Artisans, stopped by the site every day to make sure that project was going as planned. The project was competed in the time schedule promised. My kitchen is now a show piece of the house.

Organized invoices that were easy to follow on what had been done, how much it come in over/under the budget. All of the subcontractors did excellent work. I have to commend especially the tile guy because he was working over the Christmas holidays to get the floor laid to keep it on schedule.

We have used Artisans of Atlanta for two major and 1 minor renovation projects, and they have always been responsive, professional. Even more importantly, if there is a problem they always correct it right away and respond quickly to our requests. I recommend them very highly.

Trust - Any and all items during and post project have been addressed quickly and efficiently with not a word of grumbling about coming back...nor any delay to do so either.
