I was overcharged on my first job and agreed to have them to just take the overpayment off on the next job which never happened. I had an appointment for the next job which I was scheduled to be off work but was persuaded to agree at the last minute to let them do it 3 days earlier. I later called, texted, and emailed informing them that I could not take off from work and did noy feel comfortable leaving a complete stranger alone in my home and ask if they could come on the day we had originally planned. I didn’t get a reply until the next morning which was not a friendly conversation nor was I informed if they would switch back to the original date. To make a long story short, they never showed up, never call me nor did I get a refund for being overcharged on the first job.
I’m disappointed and tired of repair persons being referred for a problem they can’t fix and having to pay them to say it’s not their area of expertise and then paying another person to fix the issue. Additionally, I’ve changed my coverage twice and still don’t have coverage in common areas such as plumbing. Plumbing only applies to inside, not outside plumbing that is attached to my home.
Armor Home Repair certainly helped me have less stress in selling my home. They were professional, timely and went above and beyond when I had a last minute added item for house closing. I would definitely recommend them for any project large or small.
Very professional people, and they did everything they said they were going to do. They exceeded my expectations.
I thought they very responsive to my needs and wants on the project. The contractor was very courteous.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was probably most satisfied with the fact that the job was completed on time.
They did the job in a timely manner. They did a great job.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I am the most satisfied with the vinyl floor they put in. It has done quite well. They made a little entrance to the house.
With the exception of a minor foul up on the number of windows they were supposed to order, causing a bit or a cost overrun, they did excellent work, as always.
Armor home repair does fantastic work at a very reasonable price. I have used them multiply times and every time I have been very pleased. The one time there was an issue with a repair, they came back over and fixed it with no questions asked. I will always go to them first for any home repairs and recommend them to everyone I know. It's hard to find a company that is honest and has great customer service. You won't be disappointed
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Armor Home Repair as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
