I called into the company the day my windows were installed, no answer. Left message because the new screens frame was bent... never received a call back. 2 months later my giant window, is fogging over. Continuously had to call to finally get a call back. Set up an appointment to have the problems fixed. They never showed up! Finally talked to someone who is ordering pieces... without seeing the problem. The salesman Bill was good, the installers were fantastic. Bit whoever is running the back end of things needs a swift kick in the butt. I'm glad I waited to fill out this survey. Hopefully I can finally get some clarity to a long on going process for my extremely expensive windows.

I like the windows. I can't feel any heat inside the house from the sun and my central heat runs less in the winter. The lifetime warranty is a plus as well. The only negative is the price extremely over priced. I could have literally done my entire house with anyone else for a third of the price.

We had an excellent experience with American Exteriors, Jeff that came to answer our questions was very patient with us and answered all our questions and helped us to decide how to start our project. We have Lots of windows on our home and they are original to the 1973 home so they are in need of replacing. We wanted to be careful with how much we took on and Jeff suggested doing a couple at a time. So we decided to do the ones on the front of the house, one being a very large picture window in a Bay Window formation along with two upstairs bedrooms that had two single hung windows in each room. We set up the appointment and he informed us it would be about a month before the windows would be ready to be installed but it was less than a month and even in time for a celebration we were having in our home! Rob and Larry were there to do the work and were polite, efficient, informative and did a great job. The windows look fantastic and the guys cleaned up after themselves, they even vacuumed the floors inside under the windows and were very courteous to my curious children. Any questions I had for them they were able to answer and were very professional. We cannot wait to get started on more windows for the home as well as siding one of these days.

They rescheduled because they had other jobs to do. We had already paid in full. They put us on the back burner. It was the most unorganized organization I have ever dealt with. I hope for their sakes that they change that. It was insane.

The window quality was good. I did do the referrals as agreed upon and my brother did purchase some windows. However, as previously mentioned it did take more than a year (about 14 months) for American Exteriors to issue the rebate.
