The polish and micro glassing left my steps and baja deck rough. The plaster has been left gouged and you can see the aggregate.

Safe - Alan Smith Pools kept everything safe, taped off the back section, and told us what was going on as far as safety, as we have dogs as well, so they told us not to let them in the back. They were very clear on the safety issues.

Quality Of Workmanship - The resurfacing looks really good. They cleaned up the coping. I have existing coping, and they cleaned it all up and made it look brand new.

He was the first person that came and came again in the end and hosed down everything and polished and made sure everything was exceptional when he left.
