Our experienced staff will own your project from start to finish. We are fully licensed and insured, and do not use any undocumented laborers. When performing work, we will have crew supervisors present at all times. The experience of our employees is unparalleled in the industry, with a majority of our staff employed for over five (5) years, and many over ten (10) years and a handful over 20 years! I have never been so impressed with a contractor. They came i,n and A to Z knew what they were doing. They set up and never had a problem. The guys were super nice. I was impressed and happy with the overall product at the end. I could not recommend them more. They exceeded my expectations for our pool.

The project manager, John Palmieri, was always thorough, asking how it was going, showing up after every step of prep, and making sure everyone was taken care of. He was exceptional as well.

Additional Comments - My husband and I are overall satisfied with everything. Like I said, we have been having a lot of construction in our home, and this was part of it, and everything was a headache with the other construction companies, but they came in and everything was perfect. We were really happy and impressed.

This project was for repair for something that was repaired two years ago by another contractor. Alan Smith Pools took the time to understand the underlying problem and formulating a plan. The job was done efficiently and with a team of the same workers every day and they were good with keeping me updated on regular basis.

Alan Smith Pools did a fantastic job repairing our pool (Crack in bottom of pool). Did hydroblasting for plaster removal, brought split drains up to code, new skinner and pebble finishes. All workers were reliable, professional and did a top.notch job on clean up. Good communication and follow up. Highly recommend.

Alan Smith Pools had resurfaced and remodeled our plaster pool with microfusion and had done a fabulous job in 2019. Some tiles had fallen off due to a crack behind them. They were able to repair the crack and replace the tiles. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their work. They were very professional in every way!
