Our experienced staff will own your project from start to finish. We are fully licensed and insured, and do not use any undocumented laborers. We provide only professional people, workmanship, and equipment on all projects. We are so confident in the quality of our work that we offer the best warranties in the industry.
When performing work, we will have crew supervisors present at all times. The experience of our employees is unparalleled in the industry, with a majority of our staff employed for over five (5) years, and many over ten (10) years. Types of work - Alan Smith Pools completed the pool remodel and resurfacing.

Safe - Alan Smith Pools kept everything safe, taped off the back section, and told us what was going on as far as safety, as we have dogs as well, so they told us not to let them in the back. They were very clear on the safety issues.

Quality Of Workmanship - The resurfacing looks really good. They cleaned up the coping. I have existing coping, and they cleaned it all up and made it look brand new.

Recognized Excellence - Jason, the salesperson, was really good at showing me all the materials, showing me the options, walking me through all the options that were available to me, and helping me make a decision. CJ was the project manager. He was pretty good at communicating and did really well there.

Areas For Improvement - No areas fell short of my expectations. They did what I wanted and they did a great job. I got to watch them plaster in real time. I was blown away at their craftsmanship.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The craftsmanship of the plaster work and them adjusting the stairs into the pool met my expectations. They moved the location of the stairs to provide more space. I didn't think that could be done, but they did it. That exceeded my expectations.

Additional Comments - They were very hands-on for this commercial job. C.J. would stop by and call. He constantly kept an eye on it from start to finish. We worked to get jurisdiction from the city and he did all the leg work. We were appreciative for that.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was very surprised that the first person who came to drain my pool cleaned up and shined up the bars to the jacuzzi and pool at the end of the project. He was the first person that came and came again in the end and hosed down everything and polished and made sure everything was exceptional when he left.
