Professional & Organized - I just have to mention Ashley here. She is incredible, accommodated me in every way. I sent AMI Builders 4 referrals who ended up getting roofs with them and I referred them because of Ashley. She was always checking in with me. She was just great, from the pre-inspection, to the installation to the finally inspection, she was always checking in with me to make sure things were going well. Ashley was on top of everything, always answered my questions and did the same for my neighbors too. She made the whole process much better. She made the experience. She was the ring master.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Quality of the materials impressed me. I had a few ex-roofers from my neighborhood that told me when they delivered the materials, that I had top of the line materials and they know what they were talking about. So happy with the quality and they did a good job on the roof. They didn't rush it, came back for 4 days, took their time and did a good job.

As and ex-NYPD police officer, I can tell a little bit about peoples character and for some reason I felt like I could trust him. His name was Tracy Cadell. He followed up with me too. Additional Comments - Ashley made this a great experience! She was so great. They have a good person in her. Without her, this thing could have went a different direction. She was my comfort zone. The installation crew was good too. Even if there was a few mishaps, it happens, and they were great with getting them fixed up right way.
