I would definitely recommend Power to anyone that would ask. The entire staff from start to finish was professional and easy to communicate with. The product is durable and has made my home more energy efficient and looking new.
The phone call confirming the work the day before said the workers would be there at 8. The email said 1:00. they showed up at 11. we were told it would be a one day project. Gutters were taken off one day, New ones were put on the next. The people taking off the gutters broke the cap off our stairs railing, nothing was said. I was worried about the holes from the old gutter spikes and was told they could put a little caulk in them, that did not happen. I thought the new gutters would slip under the drip edge, that was not done, One place was almost two inches below the drip edge until I said something about it.
The crew and everything was great, and it was seamless and went very smoothly. They did a wonderful job!
The windows look amazing
Gutters work was done quickly and the finished product was very good.
I like all the people who came before my install and the installers. Very nice and polite
Power Home Remodeling was efficient and followed through.
I am very satisfied.
Friendly, competent staff, from salespeople to those doing and overseeing the project(s) we have had Power Home Remodeling complete for us. The products and materials are of an excellent quality, which we fully expect to be long-lasting, and enhance the value of our house. Each project was completed efficiently, and on time.
They were professional, fast, cleaned up well
The best experience we had. They were on time. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up very well. It was as if they were never there. I am very satisfied.
I would recommend your company to anyone I know that's looking to replace their windows.
Based on our experience with our doors and windows, there's not another company I would recommend for that service after the experience we had with them.
It turns out we were misled ( the kind description) or lied to (the harsh description) during the sales presentation. Unfortunately it was after work had started that we realized there was a problem. In at least three instances the salesperson (or another salesperson) misled us. One issue was resolved after the problem was brought to Power's attention (skylight). The second issue involved the re-decking of the roof. We were led to believe by the salesperson that despite the price including a full re-decking, the crew would only re-deck the damaged wood and we would receive a credit for what decking wasn't replaced. When that was mentioned to the roofing "foreman" we were told no it was all going to be replaced and the salesperson should have never told us differently. The third item arose when we went to pay off the contract. We originally decided to finance the job. We changed our minds and went to pay off the bill online and realized that there was a finance charge before the first payment was even due. We were assured by the original salesperson and another salesperson who showed up on the job as a "quality control" manager that there would be NO finance charges if the bill was paid in full before the first payment due date.
The work done by the crews doing the roofing, gutters and soffit did a great job. Their work looks great and after a month we have no complaints about the actual work done. We will not be recommending Power Home Remodeling to friends or foes.
We were very satisfied and happy with everyone we had contact with. The workers worked their butts off and were very good, very polite and very neat. Everything was cleaned up beautifully, and they were great.
I have shared Power's information with a few friends and family already!
They were very professional and responsive. Anything that went slightly unplanned, they dealt with it and fixed it immediately.
We had replacement siding, doors, windows and insulation installed on our two-story colonial house. We selected Power because they offered products that were a step up in quality over standard replacement hardware. During the sales process, Power provided a visualization of our house in the new siding, shutter and window colors. Each job (siding, windows, doors and insulation) was scheduled separately. We liked this as it allowed for the project to be done in discrete segments and fit into our schedule. The time from start to finish of our project was phenomenal - the whole project, from quoting to ordering the hardware to final installation was about 3 weeks.
The Power application was a great way to view progress on the jobs. All documents were signed digitally through the Power application. It recorded all the documents that we signed and contained before and after pictures of each of the jobs. Communication from Power was excellent - they kept us updated on installation dates and any changes. We had several cost reductions because they did not require some materials that they planned for on contingency for a particular job. The workmen were courteous and professional.
Installation and cleanup for each of the jobs was excellent. For each of the jobs, the job supervisor checked the work and then reviewed the work at completion with me. In addition, at the end of all of the jobs, a Power final project inspection was performed verifying quality and workmanship of all the jobs that had been done.
Power representatives were top-notch, courteous, sensitive to our needs, explained everything very thoroughly, and represented the company with professionalism. From the initial contact with the neighborhood marketing representative, to the in-home sales, project lead, installation crews and closing quality inspector, we were very pleased with our experience.
They are really good guys; they really take care of you. I had no issues at all; they were fast and efficient and did an excellent quality job.
Speed was great. But there’s a supervisor for each part of the project. Only need one person per project.
Also price in the high end but speed and quality were good.
I'll let the people I recommend them to decide; I can't speak for other people.
I'd definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling for windows since that's the only thing we've had them do.
Their quality is excellent! That's why I would recommend it to somebody else.
Waiting for reimbursement for gutters and cover that was destroyed. Was told to get an estimate Nd emailed it as instructed. Have not heard back from Chris Therriault yet. Not even a confirmation of receipt. Also discovered pipes to pool pump were broken due to debris being thrown off of the roof. I should have been told by the installers rather than letting me discover it on my own.
All of their workers are very professional and really focused on cleaning up after they finish their work. They did a great job on that.
