The customer service was exceptional. They were very professional and all of our questions were answered.

We thought it was more expensive than what we anticipated and paid. The quality is good and workers were excellent; we just thought the amount of money was on the high end.

Could have draped my couch and dining room table & chairs with drapes/tarps. With the installation of 3 doors on the first floor and the need to cut the stucco on the outside of the frame, there was a lot of dust. The workers vacuumed the place clean but still there was a fine layer of dust over everything. It took me a day to mop, deep cleaning window drapes, sheers, mirrors and wall pictures, plus vacuuming my couch. Willie Frank, III said that it is a part of construction. I do appreciate the work crew’s efforts as most were well-mentored by Mr. Frank. All were cordial and did a great job❣️

I would not recommend them to a friend because I had consultation with several people from the company and I was told several different things. When the contract was written up, it was written up omitting what they said they were going to do. I was very dissatisfied. I've been trying to get in touch to make grievances because I have a lot of complaints.

They have overall been very clean, quick, and professional. They showed concern for my home and explained a lot of what they did and why.

The overall quality of the work performed appears to be very good. The main area that disappointed us was communication. The man who came for our estimate said we would see him at our house the day of the work. Once he left our house from the estimate, we never saw him again. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen issue the day of the job which they were able to resolve. However, it was difficult to get ahold of someone to explain the issue to us.

Everybody was friendly.

The gentleman were courtesy. Knew their job. Were proficient and professional . Neat, did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Also helped us put furniture in place.

Caulked window shut. Seal tore from Window. Was to fix caulking overall job. Did not complete job to date. Showed up once to complete and didn’t. Haven’t had contact since.

I am not likely to recommend Power Home Remodeling to a friend; during the conversation before the job they told us they were going to do certain things, and come time to do the job they didn't do them. We haven't heard back to figure out a plan for it.

I am rating the siding a five.

I will base my recommendation on where things stand as of today, in terms of satisfaction and the completion of work, or lack thereof.

There has been poor communication with the local office despite my teaching out several times about the same issue.

When I called to speak to the salesperson and QA guy to ask him a question, the service people left a message, but they said there is no guarantee that he would call back. My thing is, if I'm buying a product from the company, why aren't they available to talk to me when I have questions, but they're available to make sales. We spent hours going through everything. That was my issue/ There was no one to return my call, specially if I spent a lot of money for the work.

They broke a few things. They came back to fix it. They worked fast. Their communication was spotty when fixing my door handle. Overall, the process was smooth.

Everyone were very friendly and very helpful to work with.

They were very attentive and timely.

They were efficient and on time. They cleaned up before and after. Inside and out.

Power Home is a little pricey for those who can't afford it.
