With the amount of money I am spending on this project, I really don’t like how much interaction I had with computer responses compared to personal interactions.

We had windows installed. The quality was amazing and the crew--from sales to installers--were absolute professionals.

All the staff (office & installers) were responsive, helpful & pleasant. Installers were on-time & careful. We've used Power for two jobs & can recommend to our friends.

There are problems with the install that have not been attended to.
The screen doors are not all working correctly. This was noted to me at completion and I was told would be quickly attended to. This has not been done.
I called about a month ago with other concerns and was told would be taken care off.
1.) The family room door does not slide freely into the door jam.
2.) One of the dining room doors has a latch problem and sometimes gets jammed.
3.) Are there supposed to be plugs in the frame where the fasteners are?
4.) The latches seem sloppy as though they are not properly assembled.

There as not been any follow up on any of the above.

The app ensures you know of changes to the appointment, and someone usually calls to confirm big changes and ensure you see them. When a storm damaged our siding, I was able to schedule a fix with little hassle.

Work performed in a day. Great clean up. Courteous individuals. Communicated various issues throughout job. Job completed in a timely manner.
