After we agreed to the work, it took several contacts before I obtained an accurate diagram of the work to present to my HOA.
More concerning, while our work was being done, a “friend” of the installer showed up to help. He soon rang my bell and had pictures of things that “needed fixing”, which he would do for $300. He had even been on my roof, and I don’t even know I’d he was a Fitzpatrick employee. I refused and reported it to the project coordinator, who said he would look into it, but he never got back to me. The ‘friend” left soon after he talked to me.
