Bad job staining my fence

We have tried other people, who were at a lower price, but it turns out it was not a lower price because things had to be re-done. We are very pleased with Philips, one time, and the work is good.

Excessive charge for what was done. As a single older female, I have to wonder if I was taken advantage of. I still have not received an itemized copy of the quote and the pictures Manuel took. Please send them to me.

The staff was very knowledgeable regarding my issue and continued to work with me and explain the process throughly!

Philips is so hit or miss. We've used them on 4 projects. 2 were 10/10 the other 2 didn't go great. Both low scores were led by Daniel and we're disappointing due to the crews cutting corners to get the job done in 1 day instead of the 1.5-2 days that were quoted. Advice - focus on quality over quantity and make sure that is instilled all the way through the company down to the crew.

Roof done great. Gutters done great. Issue with leaf filter reinstallation but Phillips made it right.

I was comfortable with the entire process. The expectations were set clearly from the start with Manuel and the rest of the team aligned as described. Francisco responded timely to my texts and helped ensure any touch up spots were done before my review. Morris and his team did a brilliant job patching all of the drywall and other cosmetic patching needed. I never could dream to paint as well as they do.

The job was not completed correctly - sloppy work. They had a chance to come back and fix the issues but now they are not honoring the commitment of the appointment to fix it.
