Paragon did a great job of replacing our old wooden deck with a new composite deck that looks great. The use of their online project management tool kept us apprised of the status of the project then entire time with daily updates on what was accomplished and what to expect next. The entirety of the project was well documented in the tool

It was helpful for someone who is putting the future of their house into someone else's hands that they trust the people they work with. I looked into a couple other companies before Patagon but overall got a feeling that they were not understanding the level of work needed and I could not fully trust their expertise. Additional Comments - We needed a new front door and frame. We consulted with at least seven other companies over a year time span. Each company was missing an essential element for such a project. I became aware of Paragon from a mailing flyer, and we decided to go to the business location. It was immediately clear we finally found the right company for our project. Everyone was courteous, respectful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire project. The front office staff, sales, installation crew, everyone. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had during a remodel. There is no need to ever use another construction company. And I will always recommend Paragon to others.

The entire planning and execution process was top notch. Mother Nature threw us some curveballs but Paragon staff kept me fully apprised of scheduling changes. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.
