We called Joe’s office on a Saturday evening, around 5 PM with the intention of leaving a message for him to hear Monday morning. To our surprise, Joe answered. He said if we were calling his office on a Saturday night, that we must have needed help. He was at our house a day later and discussed our options coupled with his recommendations. He only looked at the windows we directed him to and never tried to pressure us to work on others. The next day we were at his office looking at examples of the options he discussed the day before. He had a wonderful sale going on, which applied to our purchase as well as a fantastic financing option, all done directly through his office. At one point he very casually recommended considering a colored window for a fixed hexagon window on our second floor, which was a very minimal additional cost. We loved the idea and spent more time planning which design and which color pattern to go with than we did on the entire rest of the project. We ended up picking a sailboat, colored in a navy and beige pattern, which goes with our coastal town theme. The installation crew that arrived a few weeks later were very polite and personable. They worked around a small timetable I had for needing certain rooms they were going to work on. In the end, I can say we are super happy with our new windows, EXCEPT for our sailboat window...”happy” just doesn’t describe it...We absolution LOVE our sailboat window.
