Very, very happy with my windows and my door, but the door does not close and cannot be open, so Rod is supposed to come over this weekend. Possibly today is Saturday and see if we can fix it.

Workmen were very respectful of my home

aSalesman visited in June. We agreed to have the work done. #1we were told they would start work last week of July. We weren't happy with that but agreed to it. I called for an update on July 28 and was told eta would be late August. Not happy at all as I already paid 1/3. Then I was told there was an issue with the vanity. New eta 9/29.. Now I'm a very pissed off customer. They came on 9/29 worked on it for 3 days and was told someone will be back to finish..to this day it's 90% complete. BUT NOT COMPLETE!!! My mistake is that I paid the balance of the job. I regret that. Maybe if you were waiting for the second payment it would be done with.Newpro will not get a referral from me or anyone I talk to. ...Regards, Disgruntled Customer, William Dillon

Awesome service

Fast quality installation, superior materials, quality installers.

We found all the personnel and workers friendly, professional and good at what they do.

I was satisfied and I think that them being more upfront about additional price increases due to situations beyond their initial price quote were good, but they might be able to do a little bit better giving a heads up with a possible price increase.

Quality of the windows are outstanding, installation issues however.

They were professional and on time. The work was done well. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no extra charge.

They always do an excellent job and they stand by their work!

Finish the last outstanding paint item.

Team was very professional. The overall quality of product is outstanding, fitment is superb. Really has changed the whole house and has added tremendous value, more open and airy feel.

There was a big mess left behind by the installation crew which took over an hour for me to clean up. They also apparently thought it would be funny to disconnect our security camera and put it in a mouse bait box in the cellar. The stupid part of this was the camera was active when they took it down so we can clearly hear them and it recorded right up to when they unplugged it and put it in another area and hid it in a mouse bait box.

Overall, the experience was not worth the price paid. There was a lack of communication throughout the process. The frustration of not hearing from the team from deposit until start of the project, to the fact that I spoke with Bryan Galas about needing to change a date of service, only to have that not reach Damien, so he drove down from Massachusetts when I wasn’t home, to the fact that the shower door is still missing the magnetic strip to help keep the door closed (was told I’d hear in a few days and I have not heard 2 weeks later).

Never finished the job. Kept promising to do it but they keep making excuses. Even claiming rain. Its rained once in a month. No communication. Not a company I would recommend.

I showed it to people, and they loved it, but the price way too high.

My wife and I ended up going with NEWPRO because of their presentation and explanation of how they were a bigger company. Sometimes smaller companies take on more jobs than they can handle, and those jobs take longer. NEWPRO told us they were a bigger company and they had all the resources available to make sure that we were taken care of and our job was done in a timely manner. There were a few issues that popped up with our job. They were true to their word and took care of things as problems arose.

For the price, I am not sure any more......

More follow up on completed project! Better communication between company and homeowner?

I have tried to contact NewPro a few times and by different methods, as of now a week after I started no one has responded!!

I love the work they did, but there were definitely bumps in the road on all projects.
