We have surveyed customers on behalf of NEWPRO in Nashua, NH; Worcester, MA; Framingham, MA; Woburn, MA; Manchester, NH; Haverhill, MA; Peabody, MA; Brockton, MA; Dorchester, MA; Methuen, MA; and 642 other cities in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Connecticut.

In this report, NEWPRO has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in August 2010. In that time, 5,178 out of 7,883 customers (66%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in July 2017.

NEWPRO surveys all of their customers shortly after the completion of work, and their feedback appears in the summary on this page.
