Installer arrived late (had flat tire, not his fault). As it started getting late it seemed they hurried the job to get the job done. Two small nicks in the ceiling. Floor pan is smaller than old tub. Will have to replace vinyl floor and finish wood moulding.

After an initial meeting and push to purchase, we were not pleased with the pressure. The pricing was good and affordable, however, we were not willing to make a commitment right on the spot. if we were given 24 hours to make that decision, we would’ve done it right then and there. And probably saved some money. But to us, it was a matter of principle!
