Long Home was very professional from beginning to end. Communicated on where the project was and workmanship was superior!

Great phone service with sales and different apartments. The onset crew was good. They were clean they were polite. The only issue I had was nobody spoke english and it was difficult to communicate or ask questions. I have no problem with the crew, but there should have been at least one person that could speak and translate.

The installation of our walk-in shower was expertly done and makes a fine impression. HOWEVER, the shower floor, even though it’s textured, is very slippery when wet. If the soles of your feet are soapy, it’s like trying to skate on ice. The fold-down seat, made of some kind of composite, is likewise slick, and if your bottom is soapy, it’s very easy to slide off. Teak slats should be offered instead, but they are not. The hand-held shower head, does not have a button allowing you to shut off the water. That is wasteful. It is also Moen’s fault, not Long Home’s fault, but the latter should not offer it, or at the least it should make that clear. The impression one gets overall is that the company offers second-tier options so it can beat the competition’s price point. You’re not given enough information to know what you’re buying, and then you get the “buy it today or lose the discount” pitch that discourages comparison shopping. (Of course, the competition does it too.)

I loved working with Long Home. Everyone i dealt with was kind, courteous and helpful. The crew was thoughtful, careful and did their best to limit the mess! I love my finished bathroom!

The installers were very informative, explained everything they were going to do, placed drop clothes all over to keep the house clean, took out all the trash and replaced everything as it was before. Upon completion they showed us how everything operated, when it was ok to use, what materials to use for cleaning. They were very professional.

The Long family name has a great reputation. The products, installation, warranty, and customer service are top notch!

The initial interaction with the salesman was good. He explained the work well and helped us understand the costs and what our options were. The installation itself was done professionally and efficiently and the installers were fantastic. The only thing we would have preferred different would have been more communication between when we agreed to the project and when it was installed.

Everyone that worked on my bathroom were very friendly and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered so that I understood the technical aspects. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

The workers that came were excellent but they worked 14 hours and it was too long. There were things that were left undone and I haven’t heard from anyone.

The person's who did our bathroom makeover broke the screen in our bathroom sink and we were told by Heather that it would be taken care of but we never heard any more from her or the company.

It took two days instead of one.

No pushy salesperson. Rick was great through process. He had us laughing which help.
The installers did such a great job. They worked all day removing the old tub and shower. When completed the installers had cleaned up everything. Took all trash away.
I now have my walking in shower that was much need for a disabled family member.
I don't not normally write reviews like this. However the service was better than any companies we have worked with. I highly recommend.

From signing the contract 5/9/26 to total completion of project 9/9/26 … four months of emails, calls with messages left with no response, got hung up on 7/30/26, texts messages sent with no responses, and spoken to several Long Home personal with little to no knowledge of project issues.

This is our second bathroom we had Long Home put in. The staff are wonderful from beginning to end. End result was beautiful.

They were great. Our biggest regret is the company didn't do the bathroom shower. They gave us a contact but the cost is another 4 to 5 k. We are very disappointed the cost was $15 k without the shower door

There was a 3month delay in starting the project. If you need a project done on time (when initially promised) then perhaps Long is not the company to go with. In all others ways, Long is a great company to work with.

Very dissatisfied with Long Home. The sales men were great so we made the mistake of not getting other additional quotes. We bought what the salesmen told us. Big mistake!!!!
