Armature experience. Multiple material issues and Five Weeks to complete is unacceptable.especialy for the cost.

The product specialist, project manager, and demo/installation crew were all very professional and courteous. The finished product is awesome and built to last and was done within a work week.

I liked everything except I wished the included electrical like a wired in mirror that i wanted installed

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. I’m getting “completion” notices and survey requests like the job is done and it isn’t. Worse than that is everyone knows about it but no one cares

They came when they were supposed too to give a quote and did not reschedule. Brent was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything. The two gentlemen Phillip and Masis new everything the performance their job. They covered the floors, cleaned up after themselves and removed all that was needed to be removed. They were polite and answer all my questions. The first day to change the tub and walls took 8 hours. The second day also took 8 hours to remove and replace the walk in shower. They both had walls to the ceiling. And the walk-in shower had a panel on the ceiling. The acrylic walls were etched to look like subway tiles. I paid more than I expected but the results were fantastic. Everyone who sees them compliments them.

Great job on the installation, but messed up my lawn and left an unsafe slippery residue on the floor with the covering they used.
Also would have liked copies of the paperwork I signed after completion. That should be required. Did I miss an email?

I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy that Joe (the installation crew) displayed throughout the process. He was always happy to answer any questions that I had about the installation. He did an excellent job of cleaning the area when the work was completed. The finished product looks great!
