Professionals, great job

We are deeply disappointed with the work done. They left my floor cracked and said they would return to fix and haven’t yet. Plus, the shower also leaks.

We are getting low pressure and not sufficient hot water flow. We’ve heard the Moen may have set a conservation and safety setting that’s impacting this. We can’t fix it. Can you send someone to do so?

When you only have 1 bathroom, you cannot have it unavailable for a week or more for smaller contractors, it cost more for 1 day service but it’s worth it

I love my new shower. But I didn't like the idea I had to stay in an enclosed room with my puppy because the guy installing the shower didn't even want to see the dog. I've never locked my puppy in a room by himself and never will.

not much you already addressed the door & loose shower pipe where the shower hose attaches.
