I just found that our two month old shower. The caulk is failing and the material is bowing. I’m going to be contacting you all very soon.

Lack of communication we were informed that the installation would begin within 6 - 8 weeks of signing the contract, however the work did no begin until almost 4 months after the contract signing. There were several items that we were not given he opportunities to have input on changes/updates such as faucet fixtures, vanity type countertop, etc. Even after wards when the Project Manager came by to inspect the job, and I asked for a change to the faucet fixtures, He agreed to show pictures of what options there were and we have neither seen nor heard from Long. We were not given the opportunity to identify the sink position on the vanity and instead they gave us sinks that are right nnext to the wall.

Never had final inspection, soon as bill paid in full, silence. Workers were great, finished product, okay. Silence, not appreciated. Never took sign down from front.

Worked with us to make sure we got what we needed and the color we liked.

Total experience went very smooth from signing the contract to jobcompletion.

During the initial estimate we received information about our options and the additional details that would be included.

It was good to see a professional crew swarm the house to keep the different pieces of the project moving forward quickly.

This walk-in shower required professional workmanship. When the glass sliding door was opened by a few inches - the water still ran into the tub. Some family members knew "Someone" who could do the work. I'm so glad a licensed, bonded, AAA rated Company do it. They stand behind their work, and nothing needs to be corrected.
