I am overly satisfied with Long Home Products.
They did a nice job but it is overpriced. They said they used in-house people, but the subcontractors showed up with the business name on the truck and had a West Coast shirt on. When I was paying the bill and spoke with the subcontractor he said he could do three baths for the price I paid for one.
The amount of phone calls you guys send out is harassing, you did a great job hiring the Mexicans that you told me weren't going to be like the rest of the companys and they left my roof in tarps and I was shown pictures and explained that that would never happen if I go threw you guys that will only happen if I hire a cheap crew, well guess what you did you hired the exact Mexican crew that I would have hired for less than half of the cost that you charged me. Then there was someone quitting in the middle of my project which happens but you guys picking up the slack of the person who quit was pathetic the communication from that point on was horrible also I got a phone call a week ago, 6 months after the project was completed to tell me I still owed you guys the 1000.00 once the project was completed, your lucky I had the money available when I did because that would have been an even bigger issue, I will never do business with your company again
The total experience was great which was mostly created by Jaime - the worker who installed our shower. As for recommending this work to others, I say yes, as long as you provide skilled workers like Jaime to do the project.
Across the board an outstanding experience
We were very happy!
It was so hard to get in contact with anyone at Long Bath. I had to fill out the form as a new customer in order to have some type of communication. They pride themselves on communication. However, there was none. My project started at the end of January and was completed on May 2nd and I only had my shower remodeled.
I had trouble getting the job going. I am not satisfied with the end product. They dropped the ball in the middle of the job. They said I got lost in the shuffle of a new system. I had my car stuck in the backyard, the dumpster was in the way. It was a mess. I finally insisted, and someone got back to me after I complained. They came and started it and left for a week and then came back. They finished it very sloppy, and my gutters are leaking. I contacted Chris and Tony and left my name and number and explained what was wrong, but no one got back to me.
Too many issues came up. Stressful
They did a wonderful job. The only issue is that I am still picking up nails in my yard.
Overall experience not so good.
Long Home Products was so good. They got everything done in one day. I am so happy with my bathroom. There was a lot of work to do in the bathroom. It is so beautiful now. They did a good job and cleaned up afterward.
Mid-Atlantic Windows did a really nice job with the installation, clean up, and trim work around the windows. The finished project turned out really nice.
Communication with the project managers was difficult and made the experience a bit frustrating. The sales woman on the other hand had excellent communication skills.
Jonathan should have given us a break down of what each item for the shower and cabinet would cost. I was shocked when I saw the cost for each item. We got a price sheet on each item after the job was done. When we asked for it. If I would have seen the prices on each item first I wouldn’t have had the job done. We live on SS.
Thus far the experience has been very good quality customer sevice
We were very pleased with the comprehensive initial visit, which made it easier to make a decision on which company to
use for our project. It was a large project and they fulfilled the promise of the date the project could be completed.
They were courteous. They were not very loud. My dog barking at them was louder. They left my yard very clean and my roof looks great.
I will definitely recommend them to my friends
It is overpriced.
The work was great. I think it was high-priced. I paid more to get better quality.
I was not pleased with the way my house/yard was left after installation. I had to contact the company and was told to talk to the manager of ;the job. Called and was told he was waiting for my call.
I would strongly recommend New England Windows.
I believe the quality of the materials is as promised but won't know until time passes. However, communication problems initially with the
I think I was scammed by Harrison Mitchell, the CT-WMA: Roofs/Long Home salesman.
