I would recommend for siding, but I might not recommend for windows. The siding crew seemed to be meticulous and took their time to refit pieces to get them right. The window crew was fast and sloppy. Windows were installed in the wrong locations. Windows were installed with too-tight shimming, making some of them harder to open than my old windows. The window trim/casing was installed unlevel & non-straight, making future blinds harder to install and will have visible inconsistent gaps in places, and the 2 pieces of wood installed to cover gaps below a couple windows were loose and moved around, so I fixed those spots instead. The window project manager did come out and worked on the windows that were too tight so they would move more easily. He measured and could see that some of the casing was not straight/level.

The entire process from purchase through installation was perfect.

Our salesperson, Patrick, was very knowledgeable, provided an upfront competitive price, and applied no pressure. The installation crew was professional, neat, and extremely hard working, completing the installation of 38 windows in just two days.

We noticed some minor chips on the fiberglass and some clear silicone under the fiberglass on a few windows. However, after speaking with Mike, he is sending touch-up paint and explained how to safely cut the silicone away with a razor. Both solutions are completely acceptable to us.

We were so impressed with the overall window process that we recently purchased vinyl siding from Global. We look forward to working with your team again on this upcoming project.

Quality of materials and work
