They communicated with us effectively throughout the project and their crews were expert and professional. They did a fantastic job replacing our complicated roof, and installing some new windows for us. The crews completed the jobs efficiently, and did a thorough job of cleaning up when finished. Window World of Western Ma was an excellent contractor to deal with. We had a new roof put on, new windows throughout the house and new siding (with a mixture of siding types). They did everything from the design to execution. Communication was great during the entire project and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately. This is a company but it's really clear that the strength of this company are the employees they train and hire. They are invested, professional, polite, and invested in doing quality work and helping people.

Salesman was very prompt when first contacted, explained what could be done thoroughly, and followed through during the install. The workmanship and material provided is top notch quality.
