However, I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience with our installation crew. The concerns you raised about the insulation at the top of your windows, the dismissive communication, and the lack of a proper final walkthrough are absolutely not acceptable. You deserved better, and I'm truly sorry our installer made you feel like you were bothering him.
