Your Returning calls to me after I complained were ignored and I was not contacted until 8 days later I called and complained.
when you scheduled bid for windows I received 3 calls wanting me to confirm and call in and I did. When I contacted your service call number after problems I was IGNORED. So basically you want your employees to get a quick response but your Customers YOU IGNORE. Why don't you put this in your Tv ad instead of "we treat you like family"
They do exellent work.
The installers were very efficient, and got their work done quickly. I am very pleased with how well they worked as a team.
