Better communication from national office

Window Nation provided poor communication, and they didn't follow through with promises. I had difficulty contacting anyone to speak with and kept getting transferred to an out-of-state service center, which said he would have someone contact me. No one ever did. I called 3 times and was promised a call every time. I also asked for a copy of the order form or a written invoice detailing the cost of my windows and the discounts I was promised. I was told it would be emailed or mailed, but it never came. I only got a total for the deposit amount plus the equal amount due once the windows were installed.

The only thing I could improve is the windows were very expensive but from researching I felt like they were the best option

I was very pleased with the salesman who started the job by explaining what they were going to do, measuring the windows etc. From that point on I was notified when the order was placed and approximately when they would be in. I was kept apprised of the status. The windows came in when they were anticipated and the scheduling was very easy for the installation! The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about the install, and things were done efficiently. I was mst pleased with the services provided by Windows Nation!

I believe their customer service has much to be desired. Knowing that some of my stuff was wrong off the get go, it took 3 months to fix the problem. That seemed a little out of range.

We like the way the windows look and already can notice a difference with the sunroom staying warmer. Great job guys!

I love the fact that one can see so clearly through the screens, however, the mesh is so delicate, I'm waiting to see how they hold up over time.
