They completed the roof on time and removed the satellite dish and replaced damaged plywood from the satellite.. the work was needed and completed..

Overall, I'm pleased with the work I received and will consider using Valentine Roofing for future projects.

I appreciated working with everyone during the process from receiving a bid to the gutters being made and put on.

Very dissatisfied with the plywood count. You added 13 extra sheet of plywood at a cost of $90 a sheet. There was no way for me to convince your people that they may have used 13 extra sheet however those were not all used to replace damaged sheets beyond the work I paid for in the contract price for replacing the soffit sheeting. I can only see 5 sheets used outside the soffit material. This was just a way to ramp up the price. This is poor customer service.

I selected Valenitne Roofing because they use their own crews, but it appears they used a subcontractor when they did my roof. That is the only real disappointment. The crew worked hard and did a great job.

The quality, the work, and the dedication were really good. I like the quality and everything. The only thing I did not like was after the completion of the work. Valentine Roofing did the roofing well, and the roofing department and the job were really good. We only do not like one thing, which is on the billing side. Initially they billed us, and after that they told us we needed to replace a few more planks. At that time, they said they were installing 8 additional planks on that day. After the completion of the work, it said they installed 10 additional planks. We called Valentine Roofing back and explained we were told 8 planks and were charged for 10. We were disappointed in the billing on that. Apart from that, everything is really good, along with the quality. The billing part was not honest to what we were thinking. I would recommend Valentine Roofing, but I do not like the billing part. For the recommendation that I would give to my friends, I would mention the billing.

They did a great job and the foreman went above and beyond and made sure everything was left clean when they left at night.

My neighbor and I both had our roofs done by the same crew. Everyone tells us our roofs look great.
