Mike was professional and easy to work with.

The owner, Mike, is who I dealt with prior to starting. He was very responsive, personable, and great. There were a few areas that needed to be changed, and he was good at providing recommendations and suggestions. Mike never made me feel like he was upselling. It was based on design and what was the most cost-effective. During the work, they put up a wall, and then we realized we had not thought about isolation. Mike went out right then and there and added it in. He was flexible with change orders. Another thing came up on the third day. The flooring wasn't going to match where they put the wall up, which they immediately fixed and had to hire people to do the work. The workers were all great. They were very respectful and nice with our kids and dog—not loud or messy either. They did not make us feel uncomfortable being in the house since we were home during the construction. They cleaned up and mopped every evening. It was really nice, and I wasn't expecting that. They were on time and worked when they said they would.
