Since 1989, Tim has enjoyed a reputation for custom contracting of the highest quality. Jason has been active in providing superior renovated homes for sale since 2009. We are experienced in building styles from Craftsman, Spanish, Contemporary or Modern. Our areas of expertise include total structure renovations, kitchen and bath remodels and new home construction.

To ensure the most efficient and trouble free process prior to a project’s start, we have clients work with in house designers or partner with client chosen architects and designers. The founders of Stewart Thomas are integrally involved in from the design and accessible to clients throughout the build. We are well connected to an array of subcontracting specialists in order to coordinate all the many facets entailed. Once work commences, each job site is staffed by the appropriate number of skilled workers necessary to meet each day’s objectives and each project is overseen daily by company founders Tim Stewart and Jason Thomas.
