In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The staff was very professional. Their work and progress was more than I expected. They worked hard everyday until my issue was resolved. They are a great company if you need their services.

From the initial contact, the entire ServPro team acted in a professional, knowledgeable and helpful manner. There was a total of 8 associates with whom I had interaction. Again, a stellar team that I would not hesitate recommending.

I do not wish to air our particular issues with the public in general. ServePro has been gracious and helpful overall, but we do have several issues we need to address. This is NOT the format it should be addressed in.

Flood from water heater called my insurance, Allstate and within the hour ServPro contacted me and had their guys out the same day! They took all precautions to make sure water was cleaned up, floors dryed so no mold would setup. I would recommend their service to anyone! Thanks!

You need to have communication, everyone needs to. The insurance adjuster needs to communicate with ServPro in a timely manner. You shouldn't leave it up to us to get things done. There was a lack of communication, and one hand didn't know what the other was doing.
