Our 4 Phase Process

Phase 1: Complimentary Consultation

During our initial consultation we'll learn about your project goals, vision and budget, We'll cover topics like layout, material types and color palettes. Then we'll discuss how we plan to bring your vision to life. Our first meeting will wrap up with us leaving you with a preliminary game plan and a date we can reconnect to view the 3D model we'll create for your project.

Phase 2: 3-D model for your design

For our second meeting, we'll bring your vision to life through 3D modeling. We'll present you with a virtual model giving your first glimpse of your future renovated space. Here you be able to confirm or modify our initial rendering to your perfection, With a perfected design, we'll be ready for the next phase.

Phase 3: Selections - Materials and Products

Phase 3 is all about the aesthetics! Now that we've solidified the layout, we'll need to make your selections for things like tile, fixtures, countertop material, toilet, tub, lighting fixtures and more. We'll outline all the components that will go into making your remodel exactly as you visioned.

Phase 4: Review & Construction

Now that we have all the pieces identified for this project, next we'll ensure all the pieces fit. Our process is to always double, & triple check our plan. First our Design team will review your project. Once given the thumbs up, our installation team will also review your project down to the most minute detail. Once approved by both departments, we know we have a rock solid game plan and will proceed to proceed to ordering product. Depending on the scope of work and the materials chosen, our typical customer will get their project started 3-6 weeks after final sections are made.
