They really have a lack of sympathy or empathy, and definitely no communication skills. They are more worried about the money and how much they are making in the end, versus the quality of work.

Pivotal is top notch. They are on top of communication. Jaime, Sam, & Brian & Ken were great to work with. Work was done professionally and punctual. I was able to select my flooring, and they ordered and delivered timely. One of the most professional and trusting contractors I've worked with.

Pivotal Restoration was easy to get along with and I had no problems with them. Everything we talked about was well agreed upon. I think they went out of their way.

I was super excited when it took less than 24 hrs after my claim was approved for Pivotal to personally pick up my deductible from my home, I thought, "wow, this is gonna be a quick restore!" Getting my money was the only initiative Pivotal took. I never write reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
