How can I get anchors off of screws (not in wall). I want to reuse this toilet paper holder. I have tried securing anchor with pliers while trying to remove

Try securing the anchors with ViseGrip pliers, but be sure to only secure the anchor, not touch the screw.
Carpenter bees out of reach! Anything that can be done?

I believe Home Depot has some aerosol products that can nearly reach 40 ft, but not positive.
