From the onset of meeting Larry Meister and his wife they are both down to earth, good people. To show you what type of person he is our home had a potential water problem even before we bought it. I asked about the likelihood of the problem worsening and Larry promised he would take care of it. After...

They do excellent work. They are definitely the best quality for the dollar. There is no other builder in the area that gives you as many upgrades and standards. They just proved excellent work.

As far as builder, he is professional. He acts professionaly. We have had some issues, but he handled it very well and helped us out with us being an out of area buyer.
