Overall, Kustom did great work. They did however give me the run around with scheduling and this resulted in a one week project becoming a two month project.

After Kustom was notified about the water damage in my house, I received a phone call the same day and received a response from their water remediation team the same day. Their employees were great and always made sure I was updated with the process and were overall very friendly!
