Make the windows right the first time.mlne were wrong twice. and they still are wrong.

They were great in 2014 when they did the majority of my windows and Adam came out and put windows in for me on April 22 great job wasn’t here very long, very professional. I love the results.

The threshold design of my new doors, is what “sold” this project - triple pane windows, with easily removable screens, is another great selling point.

I took a day off work to be there for the job and they tell me one of the doors was never ordered and it'll be done a different day. Never knew that until they showed up. The workers didn't wear boot protectors, and did not put up a wall. The only reason I knew this should be done is the worker that came to put in the door after being ordered said that's how it's supposed to be done. Also trying to get an answer of my door status was incredibly difficult and would get put off for weeks. 12,000 dollars? Really? That's the quality of service for 12,000 dollars?

They cleaned up after installation! I appreciated that!
