We are very pleased with our 4-Season room. Actually Adam was here promptly as we were notified. He worked alone and had our 10 ft by 16 ft room totally completed in two days. He had our deck room cleaned before he left.

1) I never got a written statement from Champion. 2) The 1st indication of cost came from GreenSky by mail. 3) The billing sent through GreenSky gave a supposed estimate with balance due at the end of the installment. 4) On the morning of the 1st day of installment, the team called me to let me know that their equipment would not be able to make the turn into my driveway; this was very much appreciated as it allowed me time to get to the grocery, for needed supplies. 5) The 2nd appointment turned out well & each of the 3 men was extremely polite & made every effort to inform me of how they would proceed—they went to work & hardly stopped except for a short break for over 8 hrs. They were great! 6) It's hard to comment on Mark because he apparently never left a cost/billing process that I could see. 7) The worst part of the Champion experience is the billing process through GreenSky. -it was deceptive, incorrect, & never fully enumerated each part of the billing process. 8) If Champion wants to improve their service: DON'T LIE/DECEIVE/CONCEAL THE TOTAL COST OF THE PROCESS. 9) I called on the morning of the last day of installment & given "A" total cost, but then 3-4 days LATER, GET A NEW BILL FOR NEARLY $2,000.00 higher & was told flatly "Tough Luck" buddy. There were 4 parts of the billing process; the initial billing included ONLY 3 parts, & then the 4th part got sent to GreenSKY & in turn was emailed to me 2-3 days after with the ADDED & UNKNOWN PART: #4 (part D) with the $2,000.00 added cost that then "SUDDENLY APPEARS." To me that is nothing more than theft by pleading ignorance

Job was done ahead of schedule. The crew was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

I believe you’re a bit pricey for some and the time from from ordering to install was a tad bit too long

High marks overall. The wide variety of options, quality of materials & workmanship, & regular updates/communication offset the expense & length of the project. The sales rep seemed knowledgeable & interested in finding the right solution. The installers were friendly, answered all my questions, & worked in frigid temps to properly install the doors. The result was exactly what I wanted & looks beautiful.

Provided Wrong Window Sashes, and ionstalled the wrong ones. Had to be re-made and replaced.

If I know someone who needs your service I would recommend them to Champion.

Once work began, they were very professional, and did a great job on the siding. Cleaned up after, also.

One of the best .Quality is the best ive seen in a long time. Installers were the best. They did a proffesioal job and cleaned up when they were finished. The best.

Quality issues with construction/appearance of final product. (Excess silicone, missing silicone)

After four months, the installation is still not complete. I would not recommend a company that takes so long to install windows that were promised to be installed on one day. The most important window was broken and 13 other windows were ordered incorrectly, and one window was measured incorrectly. This shows a serious failure by management, even though sales and insulation personnel were great.

The windows, they are great.

First door ordered 8/31, when installers came door was measured wrong. On second door arrival was too small, was measured wrong. Installers had too build up our door frame for install this door this week.

Delay on windows and I had to repeatedly reach out to the rep to get responses with times. They also didn’t have “good measurements” from the initial but never reached out to re-measure and I had to reach out to get them to come back to do the measurements correctly.
