I cannot get the screen off the kitchen window to clean the outside, still waiting to hear how to do this. When selling I was told it would be easy!
I did not inspect the outside job when completed until after the installers left - big error on my part. When I did, I found that he had hacked the very hard wood frame incorrectly and then put a screw in to replace the wood he split off.
Also a flaw in one window has to be replaced - on order.

We were very impressed with the sales person and the Project Manager during this process. The installation was pretty smooth and the person that put all the pieces together was very good. The completed sunroom looks nice and exceeded our expectations.

The price was okay, the install was good, the wait time was so-so.

They worked very well together putting the windows and they were very polite.

3 of 11 windows don’t work right. A service person came out Monday and couldn’t fix them. I have heard nothing since then and I have called numerous times trying to find out what is going to be done.

We did not expect to be so impressed during the sales pitch with the demonstration of window quality, particularly the reduction in transfer of summer heat and winter cold. We placed our order immediately, and canceled the appointment we had with another company.

It was a seamless process, start to finish.

The sales and installation people were excellent. Everything in between was miserable. Scheduling was painful.I had to call my sales guy multiple times for assistance. Dealing with the backend office people was regrettable. Rude and non responsive. Even trying to pay one of the installments was painful. After dealing with the rude measure person I was told to make another installation payment. I left a voicemail with their billing person multiple times. She never returned my call then when someone finally got back to me they were rude.

I am very happy with the results of my new patio cover

It was the whole package from salesman to installation. The price was right for me. I talked to a neighbor and she might be calling. I think it’s so much better to have a company do the install rather than a contractor or a handyman and I believe I got a very high-end product that will last through eternity.

Customer service issues. The scope of work on the window replacement is not the same as it was under the old ownership. Leaving the customer more work to do.

We also experienced months of delays even though we paid a substantial amount up front. Had a two month delay on window measurements, they lost the original measurements and did not get the color right. Lastly when the windows were finally installed one had the wrong glass, which was later replaced with the correct glass.

Too soon to know.
