I have had a bad experience!, the windows and sliding glass door were delivered and installed and we noticed there was a sticky substance on the windows and the sliding glass door that is extremely difficult to get off because it is very hard when it dries. Champion had to order all new window panels and the entire glass door. There was also a dent by the handle on the sliding glass door. The substance is said to be the product the factory uses to hold the seal in around the inside of the glass panels. I also had three places where the trim wasn’t cut correctly, the installer has come back and fixed those areas but wrongly cut trim should not have ever happened or should have been corrected with entire new pieces as the installation was taking place. We are currently waiting on the new window panels and the entire sliding glass door to be produced and then Champion will replace all of them. I would have a hard time recommending Champion for a sunroom installation at this point.

Quality, workmanship, professionalism

Sales rep was outstanding. Listened to our needs and offered solutions. Final measurements guy was friendly and in and out quickly. Installer was friendly and professional and went out of his way to keep construction debris to a minimum. But there was a problem with two screens not fitting right. Our customer contact assured us that would be resolved. Within a week, a team was on site to replace the screens. The window screen fit correctly; the door screen didn't. Had to order another one. As of now, it has been just about two months since our installation and, despite many, many, many phone calls to Champion, we still don't have a screen door that fits.

Very clean respectful and professional

Your customer service is pitiful. Tried using the phone numbers provided and left voicemails and have yet to hear back. The installation was completed but 3 of the windows are hard to open 1 doesn’t open. Called to try and schedule a time for the repair and they don’t provide you with that phone number. Your company would like for you to do these surveys when the job has yet to be completed.

Great product and efficient installation.

Professional, knowledgeable employees. Kept work area clean. Beautiful windows! A+ for also taking the time to play with the dogs!

I can't honestly give an opinion until I meet with a customer service rep. I do not believe that the windows were installed correctly. I am having trouble getting an appointment with customer service

My two guys were amazing - they installed in less than a full day and we had 13 windows to replace. Amazing work champion.

The windows are excellent! They are working as described and we are happy. They look really nice from the outside, too!

The installation has only been partially completed but Champion has billed me fully already. I am concerned I will need to now chase Champion to complete the remaining installation.

Would not recommend because no one should have to go through the experience and disappointment of the installation of the entry door. Also door was very expensive..

The salesman was terrific! I didn't like being pressured by the scheduler to install windows when the weather dropped to teens - ALL my heat went out the openings that day while me and my grand daughter sat bundled up trying to stay warm. The process became mixed afterwards though. Installers were polite, courteous and hard working. One window was not measured properly so it had to be remade. Half the screens were not aligned properly and left gaps at bottom. Bathroom window had to be propped open with a shampoo bottle.

Salesman was awesome and knowledgeable. Storm door was manufactured backwards. Other thsn that I would recommend.

Arrived early and got to work right away. They had a system down to the T.
Only 2 installers, but worked like there was more. Did not hurry but steady. They cleaned up thoroughly. Answered all questions and explained everything. Felt very comfortable with them

It took 3 months after I signed the contract for my sunroom to be built that's my only dissatisfaction so far.
