In 2004 Justin Cooper of Mt. Sterling Construction and Jeff Jackson of Mid-Valley Construction joined forces to become one of the preeminent custom homebuilders in Northern Utah. Justin Cooper, who received his finance degree from Utah State University, founded Mt. Sterling Construction in 1997, with the goal of building custom homes of unsurpassed quality and detail for residents of Cache Valley. Jeff Jackson founded Mid-Valley Construction in 1997 after obtaining his Construction Management degree from BYU and earned the reputation for building homes with the highest possible quality standards. In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of Visionary Homes in Logan, UT; Hyde Park, UT; North Logan, UT; Smithfield, UT; Richmond, UT; Wellsville, UT; Millville, UT; Providence, UT; Nibley, UT; River Heights, UT; and 32 other cities in Utah and Idaho.

In this report, Visionary Homes has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in December 2007. In that time, 380 out of 577 customers (66%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in February 2020.
