After installation of insulation, I received call telling me that rest of work could not be performed because Brothers was unaware of issue with porch. This is untrue. The estimator specifically discussed it with us and provided details as to what needed to be done. We also discussed it during the scheduling process. Moreover, Brothers inspected the property before finalizing the scheduling and identifying a crew to perform the work.

The agent gave me a different document that he gave the office. We spoke of everything that needs to be done with my roof, everything needs to be replaced to be included in the 50-year warranty, asked me to sign for my 3K deposit, but in their document, their agent did not include my skylights replacement but he marked it in my document. That was very dishonest and no one in the office tried to communicate to resolve this fraudulent act committed by their agent.
I even sent their office the document given to me on the day we finalized the project.
