Overall the process was satisfactory. A little rough out of the gate but in the end home was ready in time and as expected.

They were very efficient with their time. They gave a good amount of options to look through as well as helping find what the customer was looking for. They gave very helpful information and went into detail with things that weren’t fully understood.

Everything is very cheaply made. We moved into the house, and it was already infested with ants. The customer service was nonexistent. They advertised a 30-day warranty meeting that they would fix things, but they are not doing it because it has to be done within their 8-5 hr time when we work between those hours. It is not a desirable home, and we are excited to sell it and move on.

I enjoyed the entire experience. The friendly faces when first being introduced to the company to the customer experience rep, the whole process was meticulously thought out and executed.
