We would definitely recommend Betenbough homes to everyone! Everyone we’ve came in contact with went above and beyond! With talking with Amy to decide on floor plans and homesite the energy she carried with us making it feel like it was home before even signing our contract. To our loan officer Rhonda would made the sure the lending process was smooth and not confusing. Then Kyley walking through the home with us on orientation to make sure we the home was in our standards which it was beyond that! Once we got to the finish line Rosie made sure that everything we signed at closing was explained in detail to our understanding and that we are okay with everything. Everyone was so high so high spirited and every warm and welcoming this is was made us enjoy every moment! We honestly appreciate everyone who we’ve came in contact with the communication we everyone did not fall short one bit! We would do this process all over again because of how amazing everything was!

Walking into the office I never imagined I would be able to own my own home so quickly. With the help of your team I was able to achieve something I thought impossible as a single mom of 2 young kids. I want to thank everyone for their help and for the beautiful home that was built for me and my family! The entire team excelled at both communication and knowledge in there field.

I recommend buying at home from Betenbough homes. They have a great team of people working there, and the two-year warranty on the house is just super. Enjoyed working with them, especially working with them from out of town, they were a joy to work for.

The staff is friendly. Everyone has been very helpful, and very informative, and they always respond to any questions I have. I am very happy with them.

I understand markets change as well as preferences. What would make Betenbough 5 star is little options like garage being painted and shoe molding provided. Overall very strong quality it seems though.

Overall we loved our experience with Betenbough.

Be more genuine in the home buying process. Not act overly fake and happy in the beginning to later not even make eye contact with you when you walk out of signing with Impact Title.

Check your work before putting it on the market. Crooked doors, sagging cabinets, damaged doors, handles not lined up, drawers pulling out crooked… Just to mention some of the things a little more shocking vs regular missed chalk lines and paint.

I really enjoyed being involved from the beginning and choosing my options and then seeing the house go from dirt to closing. The team was attentive to my concerns, and the house turned out great!
