The quality of the used materials is poor. Not simple, but actually cheap. Requests to fix it during the walkthrough were ignored. Re-mentioning it in the 30day inspection, i just got told, we don't do it (install cabinets correctly), The inspection report was dismissed, security and safety issues were dismissed, the few things that they repeatedly tried to fix, didn't work. Pointing out that repeating with the same approach will not lead to a different outcome were ignored.
