I have already recommended Betenbough to several of my friends and co-workers. We love our first house and were surprised by the affordability. We've been renting apartments for over 6 years and never assumed we would be able to afford a house but Betenbough's FHA loan and recommendations helped lower our closing costs so we could save up for our first 2 months of mortgage payments and still have left over. The staff were very helpful and communicative and fixed every minor or major flaw we found during our welcome home orientation within 2 days for our closing. Everything was on time and faster than we expected.
